Montreal is an important city as far a music is concerned and Montrealers know it. From concerts to festivals, Montreal offers a lot to discover to its citizens. Music and festivals remain a good way of meeting people and discovering the city from a different point of view.
With the aim of spreading laughs to as much people as possible, Just For Laughs in Montreal has become the largest Festival of its kind in the world. Just For Laughs Festival was created in 1983 by Gilbert Rozon as a two-days francophone festival. The following year, thanks to Andy Nulman, some anglophone events were added to the festival.
